I have sent a report with more convincing evidence. The original artist has put up a message on his blog: [link] The statement is there, in Chinese, that he does not have a deviantArt account.
I have already reported, so no one else needs to do so. If it does not fall through, I'll post here again.

My report was denied. But I assure you that the original artist is now aware of the "invalid" reports (and, of course, the theft in general). What they intend to do now is up to them.

Haha~ It's okay. I was denied on this Dhiea account, but I haven't gotten a response for that account. I'm sure they're being evaluated.
I have a feeling that this Dhiea copy was reported enough times that they didn't really pay attention to the details of my report. Though that's no fact, just a thought. It may have been done by a third party, but the first and second parties are nowhere to be found.
I've done all I can for now, and I've left it up to the original artist to sign up here or leave it as it is. They understand a little English, so they're aware.
